Despite our overabundance of food here in America, we seem to be eating away at our own health and lives by making all the wrong choices. We believe that knowing where your food comes from and what goes into growing it -and what doesn’t – can really make all the difference when it comes to making healthier choices for our lives. With Delicious America, Chef Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez and her forager, Johanna Kolodny want to take you to meet the farmers across this country who believe in raising wholesome, nutritious food in sustainable ways.
